The N156HHE-GA1 delivers 300 nits of peak brightness through its LED backlight and maintains consistent colour at wide viewing angles via IPS technology, unlike the TN gaming panels used in lower-cost gaming laptops that produce colour shift when viewed from any angle other than straight-on. It connects via a 40-pin eDP high-bandwidth interface to support the 144Hz signal throughput and is compatible with the G3/G5 display assembly mounting points, allowing replacement of both 60Hz and 144Hz original panels depending on the original configuration of the system.
